How is the water to drink?
All water on River Road comes from onsite wells, with varying degrees of minerals, and quality. While we do drink the water, we recognize that not everyone might enjoy it. We provide one gallon of drinking water and several bottles of water for each cabin for guests upon arrival, and recommend guest bring additional bottled water along with their other beverages.

How do we float the river?
While we do not rent tubes, kayaks, or rafts, there are a number of outfitters close by that rent equipment and provide shuttle service. Guests usually prefer to put in upriver and float to our property where they can exit the river. You can float downriver as well. You can bring your own floats, but river outfitters will charge a fee for using their property to access the river and a parking fee if you leave your vehicle.
